 I Love You Benidorm

Dutch, Flemish and British tourist flocked in Benidorm. These tourists indeed love to fly for a vacation in this place the evidence is on the high percentage of these tourists on this place. The German tourist-3%, Dutch/Belgian – 13%, Romanian -6%, and the British got the highest percentage with a whopping 19%.

Benidorm is so highly packed with tourist that there are parts of the city that you rarely hear a Spanish word because this places are full with tourist. This city also resembles Belgian coast because of its long rows and series of skyscrapers. It is often referred to as the “11th Belgian Province”. Its explosive nightlife and packages made this city popular.

Another project that tourist would surely love is coming up soon. Its construction started in the week end. This is the tallest residential building in Europe located in the high-rise and high-class beach resort. It has 52 floors and it is 200 metres high- the In Tempo building. This structure represents the newest upward lunge of Benidorm- the “vertical city” of Spain.

Benidorm was called as “vertical city” because of its several rows of skyscrapers. This city choose to develop upward or vertically rather than horizontally to leave a space for parks and swimming pools and offer tourists and locals the view of the sea or a jovial short beach walk.

The In Tempo building is anticipated to cost 45 euro. The structure will be composed of two gilded towers bonded at the Peak with a motif of inverted diamond. Statues in the shape of flying seagulls will be dangled in between the twin building. On its façade- it resembles the letter M and the number 11. This is a tribute to the casualty of the bombed train in Madrid last March 11, 2004.

The resident of this residential building will surely enjoy the magnificent top view of the sea and the sand and a very exceptional point of view of Benidorm’s 325 skyscrapers that lined up the three mile coast of Benidorm. About half-a-million tourists visited the resorts of Benidorm annually.

In Tempo which is dressed in plate glass will be expected to finish in 2010.
